Expands the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields National Historic District to include additional counties in Virginia and West Virginia.

This bill expands the boundaries of the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields National Historic District to include additional counties in Virginia and West Virginia. It recognizes and enhances the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields National Historic District partnership model. The bill also authorizes funding for fiscal years 2027 through 2033 for grants, technical assistance, and land acquisition. It requires the Secretary of the Interior to submit a report to Congress with recommendations for replicating the partnership model at other locations in the National Park System.
