Authorizes separation of Armed Forces member who accepts presidential pardon or commutation of sentence.

This bill amends title 10, United States Code, to authorize the separation of a member of the Armed Forces who accepts a pardon or commutation of sentence from the President. If such a member accepts a pardon or commutation, the Secretary concerned may separate the member based on a board's recommendation. The board must consider the conduct related to the pardon or commutation under fitness and conduct regulations and standard procedures. The Secretary must report to the appropriate congressional committees within 30 days of the board's recommendation.
