Establishes a Public Service Educational Assistance Program for dependents of public service employees with 20 years of service.

The Public Service Educational Assistance Act establishes a program to provide educational assistance to dependents of public service employees who have at least 20 years of service. The assistance covers tuition, fees, and books for up to four academic years at an applicable postsecondary educational institution. Public service employees include first responders, educators, teachers, and social workers. The assistance can be received concurrently with other federal student aid and is exempt from taxation. The program takes effect one year after the enactment of the Act.
