Establishes a flight deck training program for FAA air traffic controllers to familiarize them with flight deck operations.

The FLIGHT DECK Act mandates the Federal Aviation Administration to create a voluntary flight deck training program. Certified air traffic controllers can access the flight deck of participating commercial and general aviation aircraft during flights. This program aims to enhance communication knowledge and improve travel data. Reimbursement for expenses is not authorized, and participation is subject to operational and staffing requirements. The FAA must also issue policies and potentially additional ticketing and security clearance requirements to ensure safety.
