The bill establishes the White House Fellows Program, which offers outstanding U.S. citizens the chance to work at senior levels of the federal government. The President's Commission on White House Fellowships recommends individuals for selection as Fellows, who serve for one year and may have their term extended by up to three months. Fellows are assigned to senior officials and receive compensation and benefits. The Director of the Office of Personnel Management provides administrative support. The bill also authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 2027 through 2031.
