Provides no-cost coverage for annual screening mammography starting at age 30 under Medicare, Medicaid, and group health plans.

The Screen to Save Act amends titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act and title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to ensure no-cost coverage for annual screening mammography for women starting at age 30. This applies to Medicare, Medicaid, and group health plans and insurance. The changes will take effect for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2027.
