Redesignates the Robert E. Lee Memorial as the "Arlington House National Historic Site".

The bill proposes to redesignate the Robert E. Lee Memorial as the "Arlington House National Historic Site." It also mandates that any references to the site in laws, regulations, maps, documents, or records be updated to reflect the new name. Additionally, the bill repeals the joint resolutions that previously designated the site as a memorial to Robert E. Lee.
