Proposing an amendment to the Constitution to redefine American citizenship for those born in the United States.

This bill proposes an amendment to the Constitution to redefine who is considered 'subject to the jurisdiction of the United States' for purposes of the fourteenth amendment. Specifically, it states that a person born in the United States may only be considered 'subject to the jurisdiction of the United States' if they are born to parents who are either a national of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States, or an alien with lawful status performing active service in the Armed Forces.
