This bill directs the President to remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities with Iran or any part of its government or military, unless explicitly authorized by a declaration of war or specific authorization for use of military force against Iran. It allows for U.S. self-defense, defensive troop presence in the region, and intelligence activities to continue. The bill does not authorize the use of military force.
