Establishes a public-private working group to develop cybersecurity best practices for telecommunications carriers and related supply chain.

The Telecommunications Cybersecurity and Resilience Act establishes a public-private advisory body called the Telecommunications Cybersecurity Working Group within the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). The Working Group will develop voluntary cybersecurity best practices, referred to as "Industry Best Practices," for telecommunications carriers and related supply chain participants. These best practices will focus on identifying, responding to, mitigating, preventing, and remediating cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities.
