The Crystal Reservoir Conveyance Act directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain land managed by the Forest Service to the City of Ouray, Colorado, including Crystal Reservoir and related infrastructure. The City must also maintain the land as open space for public recreational access without fees.
