This bill waives a requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII, which normally mandates a two-thirds vote to consider a report from the Committee on Rules on the same day it is presented to the House. The waiver applies to resolutions reported through June 5, 2026, that relate to a measure providing for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.
