The Mental Health Services for Students Act of 2025 amends the Public Health Service Act to provide comprehensive school-based mental health services and supports to children dealing with traumatic experiences, grief, bereavement, risk of suicide, and violence. The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Education, will award grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements to eligible entities. These entities must include partnerships among state educational agencies, local educational agencies, and community-based systems.
