Establishes a pilot program for the sale of blue catfish caught in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

The Mitigation Action and Watermen Support Act of 2025 establishes a pilot program for the sale of blue catfish caught in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. The Secretary of Commerce will award amounts to covered entities to purchase blue catfish from watermen or seafood processors. Eligible entities include those manufacturing or processing pet food, animal feed, or aquaculture feed. The pilot program will run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with authorized appropriations of $2,000,000 per fiscal year.
