Imposes criminal and immigration penalties for intentionally fleeing a pursuing Federal officer while operating a motor vehicle. Aliens convicted of evading arrest or detention while operating a motor vehicle are ineligible for relief under the immigration laws, including asylum. The Attorney General, in conjunction with the Secretary of Homeland Security, must submit an annual report to Congress identifying the number of people who committed such violations and summarizing related data.
