The Choices for Increased Mobility Act of 2025 amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to clarify payment rules for manual wheelchairs under part B of the Medicare program. It requires the Secretary to establish separate HCPCS codes for ultralightweight manual wheelchairs based on the construction material of their base. The bill also allows suppliers to charge beneficiaries the difference between the Medicare payment and the supplier's actual charge for wheelchairs with titanium or carbon fiber bases.
