Requires the National Institute of Standards and Technology to develop these standards and best practices, focusing on the detection and prevention of artificial intelligence distillation attacks. The Director of NIST must establish an AI Cybersecurity Roundtable to develop these standards and best practices. The Director shall publish these standards and best practices on the NIST website within one year of their establishment.
