The Balkans Security Cooperation Act mandates the Secretary of Defense, in collaboration with the Secretary of State, to submit a report on security cooperation involving Western Balkan countries. The report must include assessments of cooperation with Russia, the United States, and China, as well as NATO. It must detail military hardware and technology exchanges, training and exercises, and intelligence cooperation. The report is due 180 days after the act's enactment.
