The Council of the District of Columbia has approved modifications to Contract No. DCAM-22-CS-RFP-0026 with Chiaramonte Construction Company for building renovation services. Modifications Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, which occurred from April 17, 2024, to September 5, 2024, increased the contract value by $998,611.36 to $12,470,486.36. Modification No. 6, which is $2,222,004.06, would increase the total contract value to $13,693,879.06.
