Redevelops the Soccer Stadium to include at least 467 residential units, with 148 affordable units and 122 senior housing units. Requires the provision of one acre of publicly accessible open space and mandates that the majority of professional sporting events hosted annually be women's sports events. Establishes the Soccer Stadium Preservation and Improvement Fund to manage revenue from the stadium, including rent, naming rights, and sponsorships, for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
