This bill amends medical cannabis licensing rules in the District of Columbia, including changes to conditional licenses and enforcement actions.

The bill modifies the Medical Cannabis Licensing and Unlicensed Establishment Enforcement Clarification Temporary Amendment Act of 2026. It extends the term of certain conditional licenses from two years to three years. The bill allows the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABCA) or Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) to seize cannabis and related substances if a licensed establishment poses an imminent danger to public health and safety. It also permits the ABCA to summarily close and padlock unlicensed establishments presenting such dangers.
