Clarifies data-sharing rules for health and human service programs in the District of Columbia.

The Health and Human Service Programs and Benefits Eligibility and Delivery Data-Sharing Clarifications Emergency Amendment Act of 2026 amends the Data-Sharing and Information Coordination Amendment Act of 2010. It allows the Department of Human Services to share personal records of individuals and families served by the Continuum of Care with other District departments or agencies. This sharing is to determine eligibility for exemptions to time limits on benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Medicaid.
