Amends the Language Access Rulemaking Authority to require an impact statement for certain rules.

The District of Columbia B26-0722 — Language Access Rulemaking Authority Temporary Amendment Act of 2026 modifies the Language Access Rulemaking Authority. It mandates an impact statement for rules requiring such a statement under section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975. The act will take effect following approval by the Mayor or, if vetoed, after the Council overrides the veto, and a 30-day congressional review period. It will expire 225 days after taking effect.
