The Full Accountability in Arrest Reporting Temporary Amendment Act of 2026 mandates the Mayor to publicly release body-worn camera footage within five business days when a federal law enforcement officer commits a serious use of force against an individual in the presence of one or more Metropolitan Police Department members. The footage must include the body-worn camera recordings of the incident and a description of the incident. This act expires after 225 days of taking effect.
