Establishes housing production and affordable housing targets for the District of Columbia and mandates a public dashboard to track progress.

The Fair Share Housing Targets Act of 2025 sets housing production and affordable housing targets for each Planning Area in the District of Columbia. The Mayor must publish these targets within 180 days of the act's effective date and every five years thereafter. The targets include new housing units and affordable housing, with specific rules on counting existing affordable units. The Mayor is required to maintain a publicly accessible dashboard to track progress towards these targets, updated quarterly.
