Green Housing Coordination Amendment Act of 2025 mandates energy efficiency and electrification for subsidized housing projects.

The Green Housing Coordination Amendment Act of 2025 requires new construction projects receiving assistance from the Housing Production Trust Fund to be designed with the intent to obtain "Enterprise Green Communities Certification Plus" or an equivalent standard. It also mandates that these projects be all-electric. The Act amends the Clean Energy DC Building Code Amendment Act of 2022 to require periodic reporting on the development of universal net zero energy building code regulations.
