The Community Health Congressional Review Emergency Amendment Act of 2025 modifies immunization recommendations to allow inclusion from organizations designated by the Director, in addition to those recommended by ACIP. The act also adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Budget Director and will remain in effect for up to 90 days pending approval by the Mayor or override of a potential veto by the Council.
