Establishes a Youth Financial Literacy Pilot Amendment Act of 2025 to enhance financial literacy among students.

The Youth Financial Literacy Pilot Amendment Act of 2025 aims to improve financial literacy among students in the District of Columbia. The act includes provisions for a Fifty Dollar a Week Pilot Program, which will be available to students for the entire school year at participating schools, contingent on parental consent. The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement as required by the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975. The act will take effect after approval.
