Extends conditional medical cannabis licenses in the District of Columbia from two to four years.

The Medical Cannabis Conditional Licensure Extension Emergency Amendment Act of 2025 extends the duration of conditional licenses for medical cannabis cultivation centers, retailers, internet retailers, manufacturers, couriers, and testing laboratories from two to four years. This extension applies to licenses that were initially issued as one-year conditional licenses and subsequently converted to two-year licenses. The act ensures that these licenses will now expire two years after their original expiration date, without additional costs or ABC Board approval.
