The Strengthening Probate Administration Temporary Amendment Act of 2025 extends the Strengthening Probate Administration Amendment Act of 2024 for 225 days. This act applies to estates of decedents who died on or after March 21, 2025. It takes effect following approval by the Mayor or, if vetoed, after the Council overrides the veto, and a 30-day period of congressional review.
