Allows certain students to attend kindergarten in the District of Columbia for School Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

The Let Students Attend Kindergarten Temporary Amendment Act of 2025 allows students who did not meet age requirements in another state or who are under 6 years old to enroll in kindergarten in the District of Columbia for School Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. It also permits students who have not attended kindergarten and are under 6 years old by May 31 to enroll in middle or high school. The act expires 225 days after it takes effect.
