The District of Columbia Housing Authority Stabilization and Reform Temporary Amendment Act of 2025 establishes a Stabilization and Reform Board to replace the former Board of Commissioners of the District of Columbia Housing Authority. The new Board will assume authority from the dissolved Board of Commissioners upon the swearing in of at least five members. The Board will consist of nine members appointed by the Mayor, including the Chief Financial Officer or their designee and the President of the City-Wide Resident Advisory Board as non-voting members.
