The Justice-Involved Youth in Community Act of 2025 establishes a program to offer intensive wraparound support to youth with deferred disposition agreements, deferred prosecution agreements, or consent decrees. The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) will identify and refer eligible participants to the program. A trusted adult, selected based on qualifications, will be assigned to up to two participating youth. The trusted adult will provide support for school attendance, transportation, healthcare appointments, and other activities.
