Amends the Deferred Retirement Option Program for District of Columbia Department of Corrections employees.

The bill amends the Deferred Retirement Option Program for eligible Department of Corrections employees, allowing them to continue working while collecting supplemental payments. It modifies the program to cease participation for employees on medical leave after 120 days. The act takes effect following approval by the Mayor or, if vetoed, after the Council overrides the veto, and includes a 30-day period of congressional review.
