Establishes the Columbia Heights Neighborhood Management Authority to manage public spaces and promote cultural tourism in the Columbia Heights area.

The bill creates the Columbia Heights Neighborhood Management Authority to oversee public spaces and promote cultural tourism in the Columbia Heights area. The Authority will manage public spaces, coordinate public safety resources, and promote cultural tourism initiatives. It will also serve as a coordinating body for public safety and enforcement resources. The Authority will have a Board of Directors with voting and non-voting members appointed by the Mayor, Council, and Advisory Neighborhood Commissions.
