The District of Columbia B26-0040 — 1333 M Street, SE Tax Abatement Amendment Act of 2025 grants an annual real property tax abatement for the 1333 M Street, SE Property, equal to the amount of real property taxes assessed and imposed by Chapter 8 of this title, in excess of any amount over $150,000 per year. To qualify for the abatement, the Developer must set aside a minimum of 12% of the residential gross floor area for affordable housing, construct public space improvements, and complete other specified projects.
