Uniform Antitrust Pre-Merger Notification Act of 2025 requires certain parties to submit Hart-Scott-Rodino filings to the Attorney General.

The Uniform Antitrust Pre-Merger Notification Act of 2025 requires a person filing a pre-merger notification with the federal government to submit the same materials to the Attorney General if the person has a principal place of business in the District or had annual net sales in the District of at least 20 percent of the filing threshold. The act imposes confidentiality restrictions on the Attorney General who receives the Hart-Scott-Rodino materials.
