As introduced, Bill 26-522 would repeal the definition of daycare center, to add child development facility to the list of establishments within 300 feet of which a medical cannabis license holder may not locate. It would also permit an Advisory Neighborhood Commission to protest the issuance, renewal, or transfer of an internet retailer license.
