Directs the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility to continue a cost-benefit study on net metering for solar customers and extends the reporting date.

The bill directs the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility to complete a cost-benefit study and analysis of net metering across all electric utilities in Delaware. All electric utilities that offer net metering to solar customers must participate in the study. The study examines cost burdens and cost shifting related to net metering. The Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility must submit a report detailing the findings to the Governor, all members of the General Assembly, and other specified entities by April 30, 2025.
