Establishes a task force to study the feasibility of deploying Small Modular Reactors in Delaware.

The Delaware Nuclear Energy Feasibility Task Force is established to study the deployment of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) in Delaware. The task force will assess the technical and logistical feasibility of SMRs, analyze economic benefits and costs, examine energy independence, identify legal and regulatory changes, and evaluate environmental impacts. The task force will submit a report to the General Assembly, Governor, and relevant state officials by December 31, 2025.
