Re-establishing the Student Behavior and School Climate Task Force to study and recommend actions on student behavior issues and school climate in.

The bill re-establishes the Student Behavior and School Climate Task Force to study and recommend actions on student behavior issues and school climate in Delaware. The Task Force will examine causes of student behavior issues, their impact on learning and educators, and the effectiveness of current school discipline policies. It will also consider data-driven policies, interventions, and family engagement strategies. The Task Force must submit a final report by March 1, 2026, with updates encouraged.
