The bill recognizes February 4, 2026, as "USO Day" in Delaware to honor USO Delaware's extensive support for military members and their families. USO Delaware has provided over 27,000 services in 2025, supported over 7,700 families of the Fallen, and offered amenities and guidance to families of Fallen Heroes. The organization also supports service members before, during, and after deployment, and has held over 100 programs and events for military families in Delaware. USO Delaware has not missed a Dignified Transfer support request since its establishment in 1991.
