Extends the Retail Crime Prevention Task Force until the submission of its final report.

The bill extends the existence of the Retail Crime Prevention Task Force until the submission of its final report. The Task Force, established by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 12, was directed to study and report on six areas related to retail crime. The co-chairs must submit the final report by May 1, 2026, as additional time is necessary to fulfill the directive.
