SB76 amends Title 21 of the Delaware Code to allow the Division of Motor Vehicles to add a veteran designation on driver licenses for those who served in the United States Armed Forces or the National Guard. This applies to those discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. The veteran status will be noted upon submission of satisfactory proof.
