Delaware SB75 amends Title 4 of the Delaware Code to modify local control over retail marijuana stores by counties. It also allows retail marijuana stores to operate as nonconforming uses under certain conditions. The bill prohibits counties from restricting retail marijuana stores within ½ mile of another store or within 500 feet of places of worship, schools, or institutions of higher education.
