Delaware SB69 amends Title 14 of the Delaware Code to prohibit school districts and charter schools from selling or serving breakfast, lunch, or competitive food containing Red dye 40 on campus during the school day. The Department of Education may adopt rules to implement this section. The Act is effective immediately but will be implemented starting July 1, 2026.
