The Delaware Code is amended to revise firearm dealer licensing and business requirements. Firearm dealers must obtain a state license and comply with provisions in the chapter. Licensees must equip their business locations with a functioning digital surveillance system and a security alarm system. Licensees must also carry a minimum of $1,000,000 of general liability insurance coverage. The Delaware State Police (DSP) must develop a standardized application for a firearm dealer to use to apply for a state license. The DSP must also develop a standardized state license renewal application.
