Amends Delaware Code to revise firearm dealer licensing and reporting requirements.

The Delaware Code is amended to revise licensing and reporting requirements for firearm dealers. Firearm dealers must obtain a state license and comply with provisions in the chapter to sell or transfer firearms. Dealers must carry liability insurance and maintain records of firearm acquisitions and dispositions. The Delaware State Police (DSP) must develop a standardized state license renewal application and conduct on-site inspections of dealers at least once every 2 years. Dealers must report annually to the Attorney General on firearm trace requests and sales.
