Amends Delaware Code to revise window tinting regulations for motor vehicles.

The bill amends Delaware Code to update regulations on window tinting for motor vehicles. It requires a certificate from the manufacturer that the tinting material meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 205. Tinting is allowed on the top edge of the windshield if transparent and not encroaching on the AS-1 portion. Tinting with a visible light transmission of 50% or greater is allowed on side windows and wings. Tinting with a visible light transmission of 0% or greater is allowed on side windows behind the driver and the rear window.
