SB247 amends Titles 9 and 22 of the Delaware Code to allow county and municipal governments to deposit funds in any bank or credit union within the state. Previously, funds had to be deposited in a bank or credit union at the county seat. The bill also allows municipalities to deposit revenue in any bank or credit union for legal demands or transfers to successors.
