This applies to all policies, contracts, or certificates issued, renewed, modified, altered, amended, or reissued after December 31, 2026. The Act also ensures that chiropractors and physical therapists are entitled to compensation for their services under insurance plans and contracts, provided they are authorized by law to perform the services.
